#Audiobook: The Now Habit at Work

I just completed an audiobook: The Now Habit at Work: Perform Optimally, Maintain Focus, and Ignite Motivation in Yourself and Others. It is only 4 hours long and I was able to get through it in two days during my commute to work. I got the book via Hoopla from my local library. It was a good “read” with a few pointers I plan to put into practice to help with procrastination.
