One of the books I read during my break from blogging was How to Stop worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie. The book was written in the 1930s but very much applicable to today or anytime. Worry and stress are the norms of modern life across all walks of life from poor to the rich, slim to fat, male to female and etc. The book outlines some great stories about over-coming worry, terrible physical afflictions caused by worry and strategies for beating worry and living a minimum stress free life. I obtained the book from my local library and while a bit of a long read it was worth it.
