We went to Boston-New York-Siesta key for one for our summer trips. We went to Boston to visit family, so we did not have time for much sightseeing. On our way to Siesta key we stopped in New York for a week. We did a ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty, visited the INTREPID museum on the docks of Manhattan; where we stayed. We were able to get a great room at a Hyatt in Manhattan near Time Square. We were within walking distance of Times Square so we visited on several occasion. The kids loved the Toys R Us there. We also visited the New York Museum of Natural History; which was spectacular and the Empire State building. The wait was unbearable but we were determined to go to the top. New York on a hold was great. It was amazing seeing all those giant skyscrapers. The kids got a kick out of it. We topped of the trip with a visit to Siesta Keys as usual. White sand beach and great weather. What more could you ask for.
