The routines are all jump rope with some body weight exercises mixed in for strength training. They vary in length from as little as 5 minutes to 15-20 minutes. If you are a newbie, don’t worry they cater to beginners to experts with tutorials of varying jump rope techniques. I started out with their 5 minute routines and have now graduated to the longer 15 minute plus routines. I have shed about 10 lbs, and toned significant by incorporating their routines in my weight training regiment. Check them out.
